Uche has a masters degree [LL.M.] in Petroleum Law and Policy from the University of Dundee, Scotland, a bachelors of law degree [LL.B.] from the University of Ibadan, and a bachelors of science [BS.C] in Banking and Finance from the University of Port Harcourt.
He wields strong expertise in advising on various practice areas including Construction and Infrastructure, Energy and Natural Resources, Corporate Finance and Project Finance. He has also developed a strong practice in Corporate Insolvency and Debt Recovery.
Uche is a qualified member of the Nigerian Bar and he is the current 1st Vice Chairman of the Construction Projects & Infrastructure Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL) . He is also a member of the International Bar Association [IBA] and the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN)
