Adebukola wields expertise in the Corporate & Commercial Department. She renders advisory services on corporate matters and company secretarial compliance. She works closely on transactions which borders on capital market, corporate filings and compliance, mergers and acquisition, land documentation and registration on behalf of the Firm’s clients.

Adebukola holds a degree in law, LL.B. from the University of Ilorin and has been called to the Nigerian Bar. She also holds a Masters of Law Degree (LL.M) from the University of Lagos, Lagos and she is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association [NBA] and also the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria [ICSAN].

Afam specializes in drafting and reviewing contracts in sectors such as capital market (bonds and private placements) mergers and strategic alliances (buyouts, acquisitions and shares purchase), commercial transactions.

Afam has extensive experience in advising on all aspects of large-scale construction projects in Nigeria (residential and commercial projects). He has also developed a strong practice within the employment related matters and advices companies in managing their employees’ rights and trade unions membership.

Afam holds a Bachelor of Law [LLB] [Hons.] from the University of Nigeria and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar upon obtaining his [B.L] degree from the Nigerian Law School. He is a member of the Lagos Court of Arbitration and also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. Afam has also obtained several certifications including the International Oil & Gas Training Certificate from MDT International, Aberdeen, United Kingdom amongst other certifications on construction laws which includes the FIDIC contracts training certification from the United Kingdom.

Uche has a masters degree [LL.M.] in Petroleum Law and Policy from the University of Dundee, Scotland, a bachelors of law degree [LL.B.] from the University of Ibadan, and a bachelors of science [BS.C] in Banking and Finance from the University of Port Harcourt.

He wields strong expertise in advising on various practice areas including Construction and Infrastructure, Energy and Natural Resources. He has also developed a strong practice in Corporate Insolvency and Debt Recovery.

Uche is a qualified member of the Nigerian Bar and he is the current 2nd Vice Chairman of the Construction Projects & Infrastructure Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL) . He is also a member of the International Bar Association [IBA] and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators [AIPN].

Emmanuel drives the Criminal and Commercial Litigation practices groups. He is a passionate Litigation expert with keen focus on commercial transactions fall-outs and debt recovery and land matters and has represented local and international clients in cross border transactions at the trial, appellate courts and administrative tribunals in Nigeria.

Emmanuel has expertise on matters concerning statutory provisions on fundamental human rights, constitutional rights, land law and general commercial banking operations.

He holds a degree in law, LL.B. Bachelor of Law [LLB] [Hons.], Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar upon obtaining [B.L] degree from the Nigerian Law School; He also holds a Masters of Law [LL.M], University of Lagos, Lagos. Abdulfatai is robust in a wealth of experience in Litigation on Criminal, Civil and Commercial law practices and he has represented clients in the resolution of disputes at the trial, appellate and supreme courts level in Nigeria.

He is involved in several arbitral proceedings as related to arbitration disputes involving both local and foreign companies. He also specializes in corporate/commercial disputes. He is often involved in high-profile litigation matters on debt recovery, receivership, employment and labour, matrimonial law and general law practices.

He holds a degree in law, LL.B. from the University of Ilorin and was thereafter called to the Nigerian Bar. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and is registered Capital Market Operator in Nigeria as well as a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
